Michael Malatino

Founder/Attorney

Michael Malatino is a founding Member of Malatino & Elko, LLC. A tenacious and dedicated advocate, Mr. Malatino has achieved numerous and substantial settlements on behalf of clients in workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other employment-related claims. Mr. Malatino also represents clients in employment contract disputes and matters involving non-competes, non-solicitation agreements, and other restrictive covenants.

Mr. Malatino sits on the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section. He is a member of the New Jersey subchapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association and is a Staff Editor for the Labor and Employment Law Quarterly.

Mr. Malatino has published several articles and is a regular speaker for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
